Private Equity Associate – Generalist | Join a High-Impact Investment Team
We're a nimble, fast-moving private equity firm focused on unlocking growth in middle-market companies across diverse industries. As a Generalist Associate, you’ll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing to exit—and work directly with senior partners, portfolio company leadership, and entrepreneurs.
This is not your typical back-office role. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves on live deals, evaluating new opportunities, diving deep into financials, and helping shape strategy at the board level. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, loves solving problems, and wants to have a real voice at the table.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate new investments through financial modeling, market research, and diligence
- Participate in deal execution alongside partners and advisors
- Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Attend management meetings, site visits, and industry conferences
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of investment banking or PE experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A bias for action and curiosity across industries
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in lean teams
