- Advising on product development and regulatory issues
- Structuring partnerships with financial institutions
- Supporting marketing, compliance, and licensing matters
- Drafting product terms and managing outside counsel
Requirements:
- J.D. and bar admission (NY or CA preferred)
- 3–5 years of legal experience (fintech or top law firm ideal)
- Strong business judgment and ability to work cross-functionally
