What We're Looking For: 🔍

• 1 years of experience on the buy-side, ideally within fast-paced financial environments 💼
• Proficiency in navigating multi-pod/platform settings (e.g., Exodus Point, Millennium, Citadel, BAM, P72, Marshall Wace, Verition, Schoenfeld, Walleye, etc.) ⚙️
• A strong technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 🖥️
• Client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills 🎤
• A resolved or near-completed non-compete is highly preferred 🔒
• A driven, results-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for leveraging data and insights 📊💡
