What we do:
We help people update their attics. We do that in three ways. Make sure the attic has enough insulation, air Seal the attic, and make sure the attic has proper ventilation. According to the Department of Energy, 9 of every 10 homes needs to be updated. Because of this the federal government has created a program for people to update their attics and the government, the power company and the state will help people pay for these things to be done to their home.
Responsibilities:
The first responsibility for our Managers is to lead from the front. We are looking for sales managers that enjoy selling themselves. In our program, we do have Sales Managers that are not out selling themselves but it can take time to help a team get to the point where personal production is not necessary.
The average Sales Manager is making about $104,000 a year in personal production alone.
The second responsibility is to grow teams. The way our program works is Sales Managers are not given teams when they come on. We train our Sales Managers to build their own teams. In our system it is not difficult to hire and bring people on. The reason we have Sales Managers build their own teams is because we want to help the manager bring on people that are a good fit for themselves. We believe that when Managers find people that are a good fit for themselves, things tend to go well.
When a Sales Manger brings on a team, they are paid off the production of the team. Our average Sales Manager will make about $78,000 on their teams production in the first year, and will make around $180,000 on their teams production in year 2, and around $250,000 in their teams production in year 3.

- Our average In Home Closing Manager will make $175,000 in their first full year, $280,000 in their second and around $375,000 in their third
