What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide (HHA)/Caregiver (Wed 8am to 2pm), Tues, Thurs and Fri 2pm to 8pm position at Alexander Home Care Agency, LLC?
Alexander Home Care is hiring HHA/ Caregivers to provide personal care to the patient and performs selected household tasks in the patient/family home in accordance with the plan of care.
- Hours are 2pm to 8pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Our caregivers provide assistance with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
- Total personal care including bathing, dressing and feeding
- Medication reminders
- Meal prep and light housekeeping services
- Friendly companionship
- Homemaking, ambulation and transfer
REQUIREMENTS:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Driver's License (Required) with a reliable transportation
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes
