The Role

The Client Success Advisor is the day-to-day primary contact for our clients, building trusted partnerships that grow accounts and robust alliances. Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and the timely delivery of quality client projects. The Client Success Advisor is the lynch pin between the client and AMS teams.

They maintain a deep understanding of client's organizations, challenges, motivations and needs, whilst pulling on SME knowledge from across the wider team, to ensure the development of effective strategies. They are accountable for the successful delivery of projects on time and on budget whilst understanding, meeting and, where possible, exceeding the client expectations. In addition, this role involves engaging with and hearing / soliciting feedback from franchise owners and facilitating communication between the franchise and the recruiting delivery team during an escalation.

The Client Success Advisor works closely with the Customer Success Manager and Senior Manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery on all deliverables.

We are looking to hire an RPO Sales Consultant to work within the mentioned locations.

This is a remote role.

Key Accountabilities

You'll support our success by :

Recruitment Delivery

  • Deep understanding of the recruitment process, technology used, and talent market in order to engage in detailed conversations with clients.

Client Engagement

  • Input into the creation of strategic client development plans (CDPs) for each client annually (where appropriate).
  • Proactively email and call prospective franchise clients to sell AMS services, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations aimed at driving client growth, securing new sales, or initiating projects.
  • Develop case studies for each completed client project to showcase success and attract new business.
  • Support on new business and new client and RPO projects (e.g. diagnostics) as required.
  • Occasional travel to client site, AMS sites, or franchise conferences.
  • Manage the client data and activity in the selected Sales CRM to track progress and opportunities.
  • New Business & Growth

  • Support new business pitches with persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Research contact information for prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Email and call prospects until an introduction meeting is scheduled.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of AMS offerings to effectively sell solutions.
  • Consistently meet monthly new sales targets.
  • Client Management

  • Taking ownership of assigned client activity with a high level of service delivery that develops and retains AMS as a trusted partner and supplier
  • Deliver client proposals and pitches with a clear understanding of client challenges and profitable solutions.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and key stakeholders, keeping them informed and updated on project status.
  • Identify, engage, and convert opportunities to grow relationships and revenues for existing clients.
  • Present work to clients and prospects, incorporating feedback to improve future sales efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant client industries and trends to tailor sales strategies.
  • Innovation

  • Create high-quality presentation documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Consult with franchisees on additional AMS products and services to meet their business needs and drive sales.
  • Operations & Compliance

  • Compliance with all mandatory AMS and Client required training
  • Franchise Inside Sales, Hospitality, & Customer Support training
  • Skills & Experience

    You'll need to demonstrate :

    Sales and Business Development Expertise

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry, talent acquisition processes, and market trends.
  • Understanding of franchise business models and operations.
  • Technical Proficiency

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, market conditions, and sales performance.
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
