Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner/Project Manager at Alexander Party Rentals in Kent, WA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, event planning and coordination, budgeting, sales activities, and overall event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with event coordination and attend monthly social events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized support and follow-up.
- Manage and resolve client concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Weekend shifts may be required during peak season.
- Must be comfortable with on-site coordination and event setup, client interaction a must.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player, a must!
- Availability to attend monthly social events and weekend shifts when applicable.
- Event Planning and Management skills
