The Property Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and resident relations. Additional tasks include overseeing property improvement projects, enforcing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role requires effective communication in both English and another language.
- Property management experience, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Strong communication skills in both English and another language
- Experience in resident relations and customer service
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
