🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Leadership & Execution

• Oversee on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to align project goals and expectations.

🔹 Safety & Compliance

• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe worksite.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure proper training for all site personnel.
• Address and resolve job site hazards proactively.

🔹 Scheduling & Quality Control

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and daily progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and punch lists to guarantee high-quality workmanship.

🔹 Communication & Problem-Solving

• Act as the primary on-site representative, communicating with clients, architects, and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently to avoid delays.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
