The General Manager holds accountability for driving profitability and expansion of the assigned Branch. The ideal candidate should possess relationship-building skills, strategic thinking abilities, a visionary mindset, sales and operational acumen, and relevant experience to elevate the business to new heights. Responsibilities include accountability for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the business activities related to the operation of the company, overall quality of services, safety, efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Providing leadership and motivation in a spirit of integrity, progressiveness, and cooperation.
