Position Requirements :
10 years of experience in Loss Control risk assessment, including experience in quality review workflow management and team leadership.Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance coverages.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.Professional certifications (CSP, OHST, ALCM, ARM) are a plus.Sitting at a desk, working on a computer up to 8 hours a dayWhat You'll Do :
Oversee Quality : Lead quality assurance activities for assigned clients, ensuring our reports meet the highest quality standards. You'll create, implement, and monitor quality standards, conduct audits, and implement improvement strategies.Manage and Mentor : Guide and support a team of Independent Quality Assurance Representatives (ICQAs), fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Become an Expert : Develop deep expertise in client-specific requirements and industry best practices, serving as a knowledgeable resource for both internal and external stakeholders.Drive Improvement : Analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop training materials and optimize processes.Build Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, field representatives, and ICQAs. You'll be a trusted partner, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.Embrace Technology : Proficiently utilize our risk assessment management platform to track and manage the survey review process. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to optimize efficiency.Related Fields :
While direct Loss Control experience is highly valued, we are open to training the right candidate with a background in related fields. These fields may include :

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
