As a key member of our loss control team, you will conduct on-site inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify potential risks and hazards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to gather data on property conditions and potential hazards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Communicate with clients to discuss inspection results and provide guidance on risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and client interactions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance loss control, preferably with a carrier or as an independent contractor.
- Expertise in commercial property and casualty lines, including property, general liability, auto, and workers' compensation.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing ability, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
- Ability to travel within a reasonable territory (approximately 60 miles).
- Professional certifications such as CSP, OHST, ALCM, and/or ARM are highly desirable but not mandatory.
