In this role you will be the go to support person for our client's level 1 and 2 IT support needs and work in conjunction with a vendor for higher level support and systems/network projects. This role will require candidates to be onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote support to local users in a Windows 10 environment.
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripheral device, and IT equipment issues.
- Manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts.
- Be the liaison between the end users and vendors.
- 1-5 years of IT Support experience.
- Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
- Experience with network setups and network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Vendor relations experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
