The Director will lead the organization’s data systems, driving innovation, system optimization, and strategic growth through effective data management and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of the company’s data infrastructure to accelerate analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Partner with commercial, operational, and executive teams to expand data usage and accessibility to provide more insights for business outcomes.
- Establish data governance policies for data collection, sharing, security, and compliance to maintain reliable, and structured data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all business units by maintaining master data management of customer and product data.
- Develop scalable data management frameworks to support enterprise growth.
- Ensure databases, archives, and digital assets are safeguarded against unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.
- Review, design, and implement scalable data architectures, models, and system integrations to support business needs.
- 8 years experience in IT, data management, business intelligence, or related technology fields.
- 5 years in a leadership overseeing data infrastructure, technology strategy, or enterprise systems.
- Senior level experience with data analysis, data management, and master data management.
- Strong hands on knowledge with Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
- Experienced with large-scale data platforms, cloud technologies (Azure Cloud), and enterprise systems.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems (preferred).
- Direct experience implementing data governance, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Experience with analyzing, interpreting, and organizing large datasets to drive business insights.
- Experience with database design, data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Experience managing master data management, governance, and data quality policies.
