Our Newburyport, MA client is looking for an ERP Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. They are looking for an individual who has experience providing first-level support for ERP systems. This is a 5 days/week on-site position.

- Provides first-level support for ERP systems and applications, addressing user issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Documents solutions for frequently asked questions and maintains a knowledge base for user reference.
- Can determine ticket priority based on the impact and urgency of the issue.
- Assists in data querying and report generation using MS-SQL and SSRS.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and using Acumatica and Epicor preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
