We are searching for a Desktop Support Engineer to work on and support our end users and handled a Windows 10 to 11 migration. - Provide daily technology support to users including physical and virtual desktop computers, servers, mobile devices and applications
- Install, configure and deploy desktop and server systems
- Troubleshoot technology issues from the operating system through applications
- Document instructions for various technology tasks and troubleshooting steps
- 2 years of professional IT Support required
- Professional certifications like CompTIA A desired
- Experience installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting: Windows Desktop and OS
- Experienced supporting desktop applications including Microsoft Office
- Experience with ticketing systems, deployment workflows, process validation, daily tasks
- Basic understanding of IP networking and basic network configuration for PCs
- Experience with Active Directory
