What Youll Do:
Provides leadership and support to all direct care staff and interns. The Program Manager must demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to implement the Agencys purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures. This position works as a team member and oversees the day-to-day activities and needs of the clients and direct reports in the program. Position requires therapeutic ability, working with neglected and abused children in a homeless shelter. Will work on-site and be actively involved with program implementation and delivery of services. The Program Manager will maintain positive, working relationships with partnering and referring agencies.

Education and Experience
- Masters degree from an accredited university in the human service field (counseling or social work)
- At least two years experience working with youth in a residential setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
