Alexandre Family Farm is looking for CDL A Regional Flatbed Driver in Northern California. Our drivers are team players, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Alexandre Family Farm’s drivers play a vital role in the success of our customers, our company, and ultimately, themselves.
Compensation :
Pay per mile : 60 CPM
On Duty Hourly rate : $25
Additional Pay :
Layover pay : $40 per night, in sleeper
Loading / Unloading pay : $25 / Standard hourly rate
Detainment pay : $16 / hr
Paid semi-monthly / can be via direct deposit

Home Time : Home weekly
5.5-6 day routes
Route : Primary moving hay from the fields to Cedarville hay barns
Northern California to Portland
Start times : various available
Level of touch : Touch freight
Equipment
2021 or 2024 model year trucks
Flatbed single or double trailer, 5-axle
Manual or automatic Transmission
Qualifications
Must have valid CDL A license
Must be at least 23 years old
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
Tank Endorsement in state of residence preferred but not required
Doubles and Triples endorsement preferred
No more than 2 major moving violations within a 3-year period
No more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period
DOT Drug Screening required
Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
Ability to conduct all operations in a safe manner
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as motor vehicle, criminal background, and employment reference checks
Must live in Northern California or Southern OR area
