Your Role as a Lead Toddler Teacher
Your role is integral to the development and well-being of our youngest learners, working closely with our child care director to create an interactive and inspiring learning environment. Your pivotal responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Develop and implement a daily schedule that includes feeding, napping, playtime, and structured activities.
- Provide constant supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
- Maintain open and positive communication with parents / guardians, including daily updates.
- Work collaboratively and supervise assistant teachers, aides, and other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of the program.
19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Hours
Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
