The Senior Manager of U.S Access Marketing is responsible for collaborating in the development and execution of market access strategy for Alexion’s U.S. portfolio. This role involves creating and refining access-related, customer-facing marketing materials to support the access strategy in collaboration with HEOR, clinical, and account teams, across customers (payers, providers, channel / trade partners, specialty pharmacies (SPs)). Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, collecting customer feedback from account teams, and designing targeted marketing materials to address customer concerns and optimize access. This role is based in Alexion’s Boston headquarters and reports to the Executive Director, US Access Strategy & Marketing.
You will be responsible for :
- Creating access-related, customer-facing marketing tools and materials to support the access strategy, primarily for Market Access (MA) teams, and to a lesser extent, the broader Alexion organization, in collaboration with the Account Management team
- Maintaining and updating Alexion access websites and tools, ensuring healthcare professionals and payers have up to date and accurate information on Alexion products pricing and reimbursement
- Collaborating with HEOR, brand, clinical, and account teams to shape value messages and develop pre-approval information exchange (PIE) materials and payer value tools
- Conducting market research and message testing to ensure the effectiveness of marketing materials
- Owning the relationship and management of budget and deliverables with agency and partners including facilitation of promotional resources through review committees
- Gathering feedback from account teams to align marketing materials with customer concerns and strategic priorities
- Developing marketing materials for channel accounts, tailored to address customers' specific concerns and minimize disruption in access while conserving gross-to-net (GTN)
- Assisting in the development of market access strategies for Alexion’s portfolio
