Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data, providing insights, and helping guide business decisions. You will use various data analysis tools and techniques to collect, organize, and analyze data, making sure to present clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources
• Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Create reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• Perform data validation to ensure data integrity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Create and maintain automated data pipelines and ensure the efficient collection, storage, and processing of data
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of business processes or campaigns
• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to assist with forecasting and decision-making
• Provide insights into the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements based on data analysis
• Help drive business strategy by presenting clear, actionable insights to leadership teams
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms
• Strong understanding of databases and data management techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and database management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques
