Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide chat-based customer support , assisting customers with their inquiries and offering solutions in a work-from-home environment. If you have a passion for helping people and strong written communication skills , this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat , offering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Assist with product / service questions, troubleshooting issues , and resolving customer concerns.
  • Provide information about company services, processes, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure issues are documented and resolved.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and that all inquiries are addressed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

  • No prior experience required – training provided .
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use chat platforms and CRM systems.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
