We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Events Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain valuable experience in event coordination and administration while making a meaningful impact.

Job Description: As a Community Events Coordinator, you will be vital in increasing brand awareness and fostering community connections. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and conducting events at assisted living facilities to promote our services. When not attending events, you will support our team with various administrative tasks at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute community events at assisted living facilities to promote ALF Growth Solutions Inc.
  • Build relationships with facility staff, residents, and their families to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and communication with clients and partners.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for community engagement and improving the lives of elderly residents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
