Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, labor, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Conduct weekly site meetings with clients, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and best practices.
- Maintain detailed job logs, track scope changes, and process field work authorizations.
- Supervise and train field personnel, fostering a collaborative and professional job site environment.
- Monitor material inventory and quality control to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Assist with inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Secure job sites at the end of each workday. daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to develop project schedules and budgets.
Experience
- 5 or more years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end residential construction.
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, subcontractor networks, and permitting processes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction software (Autodesk Build, Sage 300, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- OSHA compliance knowledge and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Hands-on experience is a plus (for candidates interested in a "Bags-On" role).
- Strong punctuality and a professional demeanor always.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
