- Total Compensation: $75,000-$92,000
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays
- Manage the office workflow for ultimate optimization
- Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
- Prepare for the following day by reviewing and auditing patient charts
- Present and close on patient treatments
- Proactively take initiative and think ahead to help provide better customer service
- Provide STRONG leadership to the entire team at the office
Qualifications
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player and communication
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with practice management software (Open Dental preferred)
Credentials:
- 3 year experience in dental office
