Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for both qualifications and cultural fit.
- Hiring Process Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure alignment, and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Represent Diamond Braces at recruitment events, job fairs, and on professional platforms to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to drive process improvements.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Candidate Experience: Create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact to final decision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR and full-cycle recruiting; healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; experience with UKG is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
