Attend a three-day in-person orientation at one of our terminals. Alfa Freight Inc. will cover your travel expenses and lodging as well.

Requirements
- No more than 4 jobs in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Minimum 3 months of experience in the last 36 months
- Dry Van trailer
- 100% no-touch freight
- Weekly average 2,000-2,400 miles
- The average length of haul is 400 miles
- 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
- Not required to go into NYC or its five boroughs
- OTR covering all 48 states, primarily east of I-35
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, with speed of 68mph
- Pet/rider program
- 401k (will match up to 5%)
- Medical (BCBS), dental (Delta Dental) & vision (VSP)
- Out 10-14 days, home 2 days
- Out 18 days, home 3 days
- Depends on verifiable experience (50cpm-60cpm)
- Detention: $12.50 an hour after the second hour
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Per diem program available
- Direct deposit every Friday
