Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet client requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and client management to enhance overall performance.
- Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their coverage options.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and collaboration sales practices is advantageous.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or direct sales is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
