Responsibilities
- Process policy changes in Guidewire for P&C policies to include address changes, membership, customer number changes, contact updates, and agent recodes.
- Process returned mail for P&C and Life policies.
- Process Guidewire Activities.
- Use a tracking system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Guidewire, Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is helpful.
- Multi-tasking is required for this position, along with the ability and expertise to perform research.
- Good communication skills are required as this position interacts with the field and home office employees in gathering information, as well as outside contacts such as mortgagees and lienholders.
- Must follow comprehensive workflows.
