You will need excellent communication, organization, time management skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities 
  • Process policy changes in Guidewire for P&C policies to include address changes, membership, customer number changes, contact updates, and agent recodes. 
  • Process returned mail for P&C and Life policies. 
  • Process Guidewire Activities. 
  • Use a tracking system.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required. 
  • Guidewire, Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is helpful.
  • Multi-tasking is required for this position, along with the ability and expertise to perform research. 
  • Good communication skills are required as this position interacts with the field and home office employees in gathering information, as well as outside contacts such as mortgagees and lienholders. 
  • Must follow comprehensive workflows.
