As an Associate Agent, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients by delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing client portfolios and transactions.

Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Manage communication with clients, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Prepare and maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.

Research and analyze market trends and other industry-related information.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Agent will represent Mike Trull Agency and will be marketing for several companies not limited to Alfa, Progressive, Geico, Foremost.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must pass a background check.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Insurance License preferred or must be able to obtain insurance license

Compensation :

This will be a commission-based career as a 1099 employee.

Training Supplement first 6 months with an excellent hands-on training .

There will be opportunities for bonuses and incentive trips and possible advancement .
