We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Agent/CSR to join our team!

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best insurance products available.
Duties
- Assist in the management of the current client base to include client reviews, identifying cross-selling opportunities and handling current and future clients needs.
- Manage the day to day aspects of running the office while gaining valuable experience of running a small local business.
- Service the accounts of current and new customers
- Prospecting, networking and utilizing marketing opportuniites to sell auto, property, life and business insurance.
- Provide the best customer service experience for every customer every time.
Requirements
- Must have a positive welcoming attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Life and Health License is a plus. If you do not currently have these licenses you must be able obtain them within 30 days of hire date. (We can assist in obtaining your insurance license!)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
