Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Insurance Representative who will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking, strong marketing skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network within the Tuscaloosa and surrounding communities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve our service center sales goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed to support the team and improve efficiency.
- Continuously learn and improve through coaching and professional development.
