Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales & Service Representative at Alfa Insurance in Grand Bay, AL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting our policyholders with their inquiries, processing policy changes, quoting new prospects and resolving customer issues. Other responsibilities include documenting customer interactions and providing exceptional customer support.
