About The Job

As a Part Of The Team, You Will:
- Analyze each account and define a sales strategy including relationship management.
- Develop a 2-4 year Sales-plan, segmenting and prioritizing customers.
- Develop, implement, and follow up local sales activities to meet growth targets and goals.
- Connect and coordinate internally with Business Units and other sales managers to secure aligned customer and market strategies.
- Promote, coordinate, and execute performance equipment audits to end customers.
- Proactively promote Service Agreements to Key Accounts.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep our company on top.
What You Know:
You have bachelors degree, mechanical or chemical engineering preferred, and:
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience
- Willingness to learn technology and process
- Results driven
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
