About The Job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our Food and Water Service Sales business. You will have the opportunity to define our business potential and opportunities, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Fresno, California

As a Part Of The Team, You Will:

  • Analyze each account and define a sales strategy including relationship management.
  • Develop a 2-4 year Sales-plan, segmenting and prioritizing customers.
  • Develop, implement, and follow up local sales activities to meet growth targets and goals.
  • Connect and coordinate internally with Business Units and other sales managers to secure aligned customer and market strategies.
  • Promote, coordinate, and execute performance equipment audits to end customers.
  • Proactively promote Service Agreements to Key Accounts.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep our company on top.

What You Know:

You have bachelors degree, mechanical or chemical engineering preferred, and:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience
  • Willingness to learn technology and process
  • Results driven
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
