About The Job…
In this role, the Project Manager will plan and run transformational projects/programs with major impact on technology, organization/people, footprint structures, and processes to optimize process performance. Support the business unit and product groups to improve efficiencies to ensure customer value by improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost in a fast-paced and high energy environment. This position will manage large projects, with medium to high complexity or business impact, in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology to reach desired outcome.
This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

This is an onsite position located in Broken Arrow, OK.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducts himself/herself in a considerate, professional, cooperative and helpful manner toward fellow employees, customers, vendors and visitors.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourages action assuring safe behavior; confronts unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
- Manage BU level strategical projects or programs about developing the new & the existing products as well as transforming the Supply Chain.
- Initiate projects through business cases definition and promotion: gains VS costs and time to profit.
- Manage all project components: scope, budget & planning; teams’ animation; change management; risks; communication & lobbying; reporting & steering committees.
- Support, coach and train local colleagues, be the contact point with Operations Development management team.
- Be involved in air factories operational plan management.
- Plan, manage and execute major projects/programs containing capital investments to support the implementation of the Air footprint strategy.
- Follow up on the complete project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost, including own projects and sub-projects.
- Manage key stakeholders and provide status update to steering committees and business leaders.
- Develop and implement major transformations with new ways of working including both people and processes as well as major investments.
- Lead, develop, motivate high performing project teams.
- Establish clear priorities; schedules activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources; monitors performance against objectives.
- Bachelor of Science required, and Master of Science preferred or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain, to include 5 years of successful experience in projects management and following:
- Strong cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate activities across departments and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-directed and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Traveling approximately up to 30%, domestic and international (estimation).
