About The Job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing overall support for commissioning work for both our external and internal customers. You will have the opportunity to prioritize and coordinate commissioning jobs, manage service orders, and continually seek ways to improve the service order process, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a remote opportunity across the U.S. territory.

As a Part Of The Team, You Will

• Prioritize and coordinate the overall flow of commissioning jobs and upgrade projects with Management, focusing on improving utilization and throughput.
• Maintain commissioning schedules in conjunction with management, when needed.
• Assign resources to upcoming commissioning jobs (pre/during/post commissioning activities).
• Organize kick-off meetings with customers to discuss commissioning activities and planning.
• Review commissioning quotes versus final scope of work completed to finalize the billing package to hand over to the Project Logistics Team.
• Perform tasks within proprietary applications in OneService, One4AL.
• Order additional parts needed while the tech is onsite and expedite as needed.
• Coordinate shipment of tools to jobsite and help manage a tool calibration program.
• Work with techs to resolve missing paperwork issues so the jobs can be invoiced.
• Interact and communicate critical order information to management and team members.
• Assist commissioning team to meet published baseline measurements and KPIs.
• Manage commissioning job costs in line with budget.
• Close remedial actions and track warranty costs in the ACT claims system, updating actions as needed in accordance with global claims rules.
• Act as backup for other FS Service Coordinators as needed.
• Start working with SWAY or similar digital platform for better customer updates.
• Participate positively in meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.

What You Know

You have a high school diploma with relevant experience, and:

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, job shop, or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and respectful interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to work within stressful situations.
• Fundamental knowledge of standard PC software and working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based programs.
