As Part Of The Team, You Will
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s system.
- Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, terms, and delivery information.
- Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide updates on order status to account reps and other stakeholders.
- Assist in managing order-related documentation and maintaining organized records.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry workflows.
- Adhere to company standards and compliance policies for data management and confidentiality.
What You Know
You have a High School Diploma or equivalency, and:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field. Experience working in a customer service or logistics environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
