- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to other managers and team members.
- Managing financial aspects including P&L, budgets, labor costs, and food costs.

Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience as a salaried General Manager in the restaurant industry, casual or quick-casual full-service experience.
- Should not be unemployed for at least 3 months.
- Not worked for more than 2 places in the least 10 years preferably.
- Currently not living in more than 30 miles from the Job Site Address.
- Stable work history that includes career progression.
- Comfortable working late nights rather than early mornings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
- Desire to be part of a winning team.
