Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing sales, achieving financial targets, and creating a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a Full-Service restaurant with a Bar (Casual Dining).
- Casual Dining/Full-Service Restaurant with Bar and Back-of-House management experience.
- Current Restaurant Management role.
- Ability to work late-night shifts instead of early mornings.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with a proven ability to train and motivate a team.
- Outstanding work ethic with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
