## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
## Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with accuracy
- Assist in electronics sales or wireless products if needed
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong ability to sell products effectively
