- Manage team calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
- Prepare documents for electronic signatures using DocuSign.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Support executive administrative functions as needed to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A background in customer service will be beneficial in this role.
