Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
  • Prepare documents for electronic signatures using DocuSign.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Support executive administrative functions as needed to enhance productivity.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A background in customer service will be beneficial in this role.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
