Position Summary :

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist.
As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring compliance with contracts across the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal departments, providers, and clients to oversee contract lifecycles and provide input on contract lifecycle management. This position is essential in supporting AlffCo’s mission to deliver exceptional commercial facility maintenance services, including interior and exterior repairs, landscaping, parking lot sweeping, snow removal, electrical, plumbing, general handyman work, and other retail, hospitality, and industrial facility maintenance needs.
In addition, this role will monitor claims and legal actions against the company, submitting new claims, communicating with adjusters and insurance company representatives, creating and updating records, and reporting claim status to management. This role will also oversee maintenance of company insurance certificates and manage provider insurance compliance through the Company’s software platforms.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in compliance standards to minimize risk, ensure all contractual obligations are met, and maintain meticulous records. By facilitating smooth compliance operations, you will drive operational efficiency, support compliance, and contribute to AlffCo’s reputation for excellence.
