What You’ll Do…
- Deliver excellent customer service – Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage customer relationships – Track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Support office operations – Manage daily administrative tasks, organize files, and coordinate schedules.
- Assist with financial tasks – Help with invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping duties.
- Contribute to marketing efforts – Assist with social media content creation and engagement and take photos and videos of projects, team activities, and equipment for marketing use.
- Maintain HR records – Support employee onboarding and benefits administration.
- Keep things running smoothly – Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office organization.
What We’re Looking For…
✔ 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a small business setting where adaptability and multitasking are essential.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of financial tasks (QuickBooks Online experience is helpful but not required).
✔ Experience with CRM software – SingleOps preferred, but any CRM experience is a bonus.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔ Social media savvy – Comfortable creating and collaborating on content, engaging with followers, and using platforms like Facebook and Instagram for business.
✔ Experience with Canva (or similar) for marketing support is a bonus.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Experience in the tree care, landscaping, or construction industry is a plus but not required.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
