Are you a highly skilled and safety-conscious tree care professional with leadership experience and expertise in aerial lift/bucket truck operation? Alfieri Tree Care, a family-owned and operated full-service tree and shrub care company serving primarily the Upper-to-Mid Cape area, is seeking a motivated Tree Crew Foreman with Aerial Lift/Bucket Truck Experience to lead our expanding team.
What You'll Do...
- Lead and supervise a tree care crew, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily tasks.
- Operate aerial lift/bucket truck safely and efficiently, positioning crew members for tree care operations.
- Maneuver the truck in various terrains and tight spaces, ensuring stability and safety for the team and surrounding property.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the aerial lift/bucket truck and other equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper tree care techniques and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the team and clients to assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain daily equipment for optimal performance.
- Enforce all safety regulations and best practices for aerial lift/bucket truck operation and tree care.
What We're Looking For...
- Proven experience as a Tree Crew Foreman or similar leadership role in the tree care industry.
- Extensive experience operating aerial lifts/bucket trucks in the tree care industry.
- Strong understanding of aerial lift/bucket truck mechanics and maintenance.
- Valid MA Driver's License required. A CDL is a huge plus and comes with additional compensation!
- ISA Arborist Certification (preferred, but not required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A love for the outdoors and a positive attitude.
- Mechanically savvy.
- Physical fitness: Ability to routinely lift and carry 75lbs, including tree limbs and equipment, as needed.
