Job Description
This Summer Swim Team Manager position is responsible for leading the swim program at the YMCA Day Camp at Camp Tracy. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational abilities.
The role requires the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive aquatics program, manage the logistics of the swim program, and ensure the safety of all participants at all times while in the water and at the waterfront.
Key Requirements
- Current certification in lifesaving, CPR, and first aid.
- Current Lifeguard certification with a waterfront and open-water component.
- Previous experience in aquatic environments is preferred.
