We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote learning through play.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all students.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively and constructively.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support children's growth and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects the children's work and encourages exploration.
- Collaborate with special education staff when necessary to support children with diverse needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Work Week..
- Proven experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children.
