What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Designer position at Alfred Dunner?
Skye’s the Limit and Emaline are currently seeking a motivated Associate Designer to assist our senior design team with all aspects of design and development for multiple brands.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist in product development at all stages with senior design team, sketching in fashion illustrator.
- Coordinate samples, check-in protos and sales samples, manage and track additional sample needs.
- Create, maintain, and update sales board sheets and production charts.
- Send out and follow-up on tech packages to vendors.
- Manage and comment on all trim, lab dips, and fabrics.
- Maintain all development and production books, daily filing.
- Assist in research and development of seasonal trends.
- Prepare trend boards for management meetings.
- Adapt in fashion Illustrator.
- Adhere to seasonal time and action calendar.
- Serve as strong support for the Designers and Brand Director.
