Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- medication reminders
- Light house cleaning and laundry
- Support individuals with dementia by encouraging independence and participation in daily tasks.
- Assist client with bathing and showers 2/3 times a week
- Skills
- Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or other disabilities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in first aid techniques is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling lives.
