Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Student Experience, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and budget management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Student Experience Unit, including coordinating meetings, events, and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
