What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Apartment Maintenance tech position at Alfredo holdings?
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Apartment maintenance techs for our apt complex in Albany Ga. Must have valid drivers license , reliable transportation, own tools and a positive attitude!! Must be able to work on call hours on a rotating basis. Must have verifiable apartment maintenance experience. EPA is a plus! Ideal candidate is not a "9 to 5 er" but someone willing to work as a part of the team to get the job done.

Expected hours: 40 per week
